Four-Leaf Clover

So, why is it that Four-Leaf Clovers are supposed to be lucky? Well for starters it is estimated that there is only one Four-Leaf Clover for every 10,000 regular clovers. So, for starters they are rather rare.

According to legend it is believed that each leaf of a clover has a meaning. The first is for hope, the second for faith, the third for love, and yes, you guessed it, the fourth is for luck.

Another clover trivia tidbit – According to the Guinness Book of World Records a clover can have up to 14 leaves. I doubt anyone took the time to explain what leaves 5-14 represent.
